What to Expect:

1. Candle-lit Flow Yoga: Join me for a wonderful practice set to candles and music! Do not let the winter get you down! This is my favorite time to teach a candle lit class! DJ Lex might be joining me some weeks

What to Bring:

  • Yoga mat
  • Comfortable clothing suitable for movement
  • Water bottle
  • An open heart ready for festive yoga magic
